It's one thing for someone to have bad breath, but when they are the type of person that has to stand right up against you when talking, I cannot stand that.

Depends on the time of day, early morning is understandable, or just after a meal. Other than that, yes I would think it would be a deal breaker!

Brushing your teeth and using mouth wash would probably help. Everyone has bad breath sometimes, it's part of being a human.

I do have 1 friend who has perpetual bad breath... but she is a bit quirky in general. She's a very close talker who seriously invades your personal space, and then the bad breath and spitting while talking make it even more difficult.
