Of course I wouldn't stop loving him. I love my boyfriend's penis, but there are plenty of other ways to have sex. PIV isn't the most pleasurable for me, so it wouldn't bother me much if that was off the table. I would be much more concerned about how I would still be able to pleasure him if he lost his penis.

I feel really superficial saying this, but I'm honestly not sure. I enjoy the closeness and the feeling of penetration by a real penis. No dildo in the world can recreate that. However, if we were deeply committed, as in marriage, and he were willing to wear a strap-on so we could simulate sex, it could work.
