As for the swallowing part, I think it's an intimate act that fosters comfort between participants of a relationship. I haven't found ejaculate to be particularly sweet or tasty but it isn't generally unpleasant. I have found that I prefer for it to come to me than the other way around; it's inconvenient to swallow if it isn't already in my mouth. : )
