Yes, or after! Always in my calf (on either leg). I can usually feel it coming on so I just try to focus on relaxing the muscle. I also randomly get them at night to where I've been woke up, shot up in pain and just laid there rubbing my leg. Agonizing!

Yes, and it's a real pain! It ruins the O for me. Until I start over, anyway. My partner and I both have had this happen.

I only get them when I move way to fast, like one night I moved too fast off the bed because I thought I heard someone breaking in, nope. It was my cat scratching the heat vents after using her litter box.

Maybe tmi, but as a guy there is nothing more frustrating and messy than getting a cramp just as I'm having an orgasm while masturbating. I've had them occasionally during sex and that's not a big issue, but while masturbating you get cum shooting everywhere while your trying to position yourself to lessen the cramp.
