I very rarely use my hand any more, I just like using my toys. Do they feel real? Not really, but close. The texture of a real pussy is hard to mimic. They do not have a pulse!

So the Fleshlight is great, and I expect to use it quite a bit. But my hand will still get a lot of use, as it's a lot easier to clean.
Nothing else I've tried is worth bothering with. But the Fleshlight feels amazing. Not exactly "real" .. it's different. But it's damned good. Feels better than my hand, but the trouble of cleaning it up means I won't be using it every time.

I wasn't sure how to answer this, because masturbation sleeves are great. They feel awesome although I wouldn't really describe them as "real". Fleshlights feel more real than a lot of other sleeves, but nothing I would ever mistake for the real thing.

I use both. The sleeves are a different feel, but the hand is definitely convenient. None are the same as sex.
