I find myself always having to eat something light before i have sex so i have enough energy. Then after sex , i ALWAYSSS, MUST HAVE a big meal.

Is anybody else like this or similar?

I can only speak for solo sex, but: never on a full stomach. It just doesn't feel good. I usually don't masturbate when I'm really hungry too, but that's because I'm busy changing the "really hungry" status.

I can't have a full stomach before sex or masturbation, that much I know. If I eat too much, it pretty much kills any urge I have. Sometimes, I'll grab a snack afterward.

I don't like to have a really full stomach before sex, too easy to get a cramp - like don't go swimming withing 30 minutes after eating. LOL No, actually have a really full stomach makes me feel kind of sluggish, which makes it hard to feel sexy and be mobile enough for sex. A lot of times I need a snack afterwards though. My go too after sex snack is string cheese.

If I've eaten, I'll usually wait a few hours before having sex, let my digestion system do its work first. Got to be all clear, in case we might be doing anal play.

I agree with all you guys above. Can't have sex on a full stomach, just feels bloated and gross. I don't have to eat right after, but sometimes the hubby likes a snack after and I'll steal a bite or two of whatever he's having.

always eat hours before you have sex. that way your stomach is not full, and you have the energy needed to go.

I would rather eat a meal afterward. I don't want a lot of activity on a full stomach.

It dont matter to me I eat ALL THE TIME...But I do prefer to eat after because im tired and exausted and I deserve some good food

ummm if the sex is good i always eat after...if its really good i want chinese. but no matter how it is i want a drink
