I'm not sure that I can really choose just one. I love a lot of different positions and it just depends on what I'm craving each time. Usually though at least once every time I'm on top for a portion of it though, so I chose girl on top.

I love many positions but girl on top is my favorite as being a control freak, I can assure that all my pleasure spots are addressed by tempo, position and satisfaction. My b/f lasts longer this way as well.
