Morning or noon, night time I'm too tired and dad is home anyway. Plus he has a habit of saying he's going to bed, then gets back up 10 minutes later to go on the computer in the room across from mine for an hour or two, so I can never toy at night.

I usually do it after I get off work (great stress relief) and then take a nap after. Or I do it before I go to bed at night, then sleep after. Most the time I try to do it when I can sleep after. I have trouble sleeping and it's the only thing that lets all my muscle tension go where I'm just completely relaxed
