Though, sometimes the partner is not as good as we wish. This is when faking an orgasm can help to cross the finish line. But I'm really happy that I now have my lovely BF, who allowed me to forget about faking it. I enjoy every second with him...

Sexual bliss
The best times my wife and i have going for a couple hours involves a good variety of play and sex. Its using fingers hands mouths toys and of coarse sex. By the time we get thru all of those options we are spent and well satisfied. If your waiting for sex to be over that sounds like a communication issue. Talk it up first. O.K., guy's perspective here...but with input from my wife of 20 years...
Why would any woman want to fake an orgasm? What is the point? Why "lie" to your partner like that? Do you think for a moment that if he knew you faked it, he would feel better about that than if you just had a simple discussion about how to improve things for both persons involved? How would you feel if your BF or husband kept a secret or lied to you repeatedly...and kept that charade going for months or years?
And why does this apply to "going all night"? Is it really often necessary to go all night with multiple orgasms? Isn't quality over quantity just as or more important? As a female, wouldn't you rather have ONE great orgasm and call it a night...or go at it long-time with one or two fakes thrown in?
I am great in bed. My wife would say the same thing. We often have one orgasm each and then call it a night. Occasionally, she will have two, on rare extra-horny nights, she will have three. But they are ALWAYS 100% real. No faking. No reason to, as she puts it.
BTW, many of us guys are not as dense as you think we are. WE can EASILY tell if your orgasm was real or fake. You can thrust and scream and gyrate all you want...right at the heat of the moment. However,
1. You can't fake your eye pupil dilation
2. You can't fake pussy juice

I have been on both ends of that scale, un-educated and inexperienced about sex, and well read and caring on the other side. If the sex is bad, who would want it to go all night ?
