I've asked several people and have been surprised by the variety of answers I've gotten. Apparently there are a lot of different ways to do it. How do you?

I think I've done it pretty much all of those ways. With my last boyfriend was when it started. We had a long distance relationship so we did this a lot. It was mostly an exchange of pictures one by one while on the phone listening to each other's reactions to the pictures and sometimes talking about what we wanted to do. We often finished at the same time.

With my current boyfriend, we had a period where I did an internship and was away a lot. We did pretty much the same thing but sometimes we told each other what to do or what to have pictures of for later etc.

Both guys had a great ability to make it seem as if the distance was not there anymore. I know it's not for everyone and I honestly never thought it would be satisfying, but it really is. Knowing that I'm the last thought before he goes to bed even miles and miles away is amazing
