It sort of depends on your living situation. If you have entire room dedicated to sex... go all out and have 50+ toys and its OK. But if your living in a studio apartment and your entire storage space is taken up with 10-20 sex toys I would call that excessive.

I guess it really makes a big difference if your a guy or a gal. I myself being a guy, I would think if I had more then lets say 30 toys, I would say that would be a lot, only because of the limited selection that men have to choose from.
Women, on the other hand, I can see that maybe more then 100 or even a little higher, would be a lot. But then again, who knows, because there is just so many different variety's of toys to choose from.

I have about 15 and that doesn't seem like too much to me - but I follow a lot of sex toy reviewers, who have upwards of 50-100 toys in their collection, so I guess I'm biased!
I'd probably think someone had "a lot" of toys when they reached 70 or so.
