In my experience it has not permanently stretched anything out. It is a muscle like any other in the body. I also just had a baby 3 months ago. With regular kiegels things are actually tighter than they were before, and hemmroids from birth, a thing of the past. I haven't looked it up for sure, but personal experience has led me to believe that, no normal anal play won't cause any long term damage. Hope this helps.

Not to be a killjoy but the realities of it are that the tissue in between the rectum and vagina is not muscle. (I believe it is fascia) which can tear and must be surgically repaired if torn. Butt perhaps that is for another thread...

The perineum may not be completely muscle but it does have a muscle underneath it. Besides, I believe she was referring to the anal sphincter which is a muscle. It is possible to tear, as are all muscles, but generally it will heal itself and stay elastic.

There are muscles there, in the tissue between the vagina and the rectum. Both the vagina and the anus and rectum are lined with muscles, rings of muscle as well as muscles that attach to other parts, that's why you can squeeze both of them tightly, or relax them. There is, of course, tissue; skin, fascia etc covering the muscle, but there are muscles all around any orifice. Even the nostrils in your nose have a band of muscles around each one. It's just the way orifices are made.
