Have you ever met anyone who's never masturbated before? I think at least 99.9% of teens and adults have masturbated at some point in their life. If someone says they've never masturbated are they lying?

I've certainly met people who CLAIMED that they had never masturbated before. It's probably a pretty safe bet that they're lying, but I suppose it's at least possible--if unlikely--that they're telling the truth and honestly, there's not much you can do to find out for sure.

I live in China.
Many of the women here are taught that touching themselves is shameful and they carry those scars around for a long while. That is not to say they've never had sex. A lot of them have had sex, but have never touched their bodies in a manner that would bring them pleasure.
I am slowly teaching them though!!!

I never masturbated until I was about 21 or 22. I grew up in a very prudish family, we were Jehovah's witnesses who were taught sex was only for marriage and anything else was sin. I didn't even know what it was or how to do it. No one said anything or taught me how to do it until my first serious relationship and my boyfriend taught me. haha
