Nosy Pets....

Contributor: Bignuf Bignuf
Do your pets want to "nose in" when you are having a romantic interlude? Our best friends dog has taken to trying to squeeze between them during sex, and that just will NOT work, but if they lock her out of their room, she cries. Again, not very romantic.

Our dog sleeps with us, but when we are "having fun" she tends to go under the covers on the opposite end of the bed. We are dog lovers and have never had a pet do what theirs is now doing.

We cannot think of what to advise our friends to do. Anyone out there have a nosy dog or cat and can offer suggestions that might help them?

Hahaha we have always wondered about this! Our cats are definitely nosy. They like the jump up on the bed and survey the situation. Once the bed starts shaking and we're writhing around, they're gone.

We have tried locking the door, but then they just stand outside the door and meow until we open the door. We've nudged them off the bed too, but they just jump back on. The best thing that we've done is just let them check everything out, and they leave fairly quickly.

Could they try a doggie bed at the end or side of the bed? Maybe the dog would just lay on that? Might work!

My cats are the same way, they observe and then leave. My dog just lays on her bed and minds her own business. Maybe give the dog something yummy to chew on in another room, would be my suggestion.
