For those of you ladies who enjoy realistic dildos, do you enjoy the ones the best that are most similar in size and shape to either an ideal penis or a penis you've experienced? My preference would be for a slightly smaller dildo than penis. I love the feeling of a thick penis, but when I am in control (as with a dildo), I like the idea of having a smaller tool to move into just the right position.

I have dildos of many different sizes. Some of them are smaller than the penis size I prefer, but have a great g-spot curve, or are made out of a hard material like glass which makes up for the size difference. I also have some dildos that are thicker than I would prefer in a partner. Most of the time when I use a thicker dildo I just leave it in place inside me and don't thrust with it. If I had a partner that large I would be worried about them hurting me.
