How far do straight girls go with other girls and still say "I'm Totally Straight"?

One of our friends daughters just came back from a summer Florida break with more stories then she had from "spring break", including her own room-mate who apparently went as far as "oral sex and finger penetration" of another girl, with a dozen other girls and guys in the hotel room, of course, but still insists she is "completely and totally straight", but was just "doing what feels good and it was a vacation party, so everything goes".

How do you feel about this? Our friends daughter says "she has to be bisexual to have been able to do that with another girl", and another of their room-mates who was there said, "she has to be lesbian" and really does not even believe there is such as thing as "Bi"...she, as psychology major, in fact, feels that there is straight, gay and gays who act out some "stright" behavior since it is "socially acceptable", but if given the full choice, would also choose same sex"?

So, how do YOU feel about these issues? How far can a "straight" girl go and still be "straight" to her friends? Not trying to judge, and maybe we should not label...but these other college kids sure did...instantly.

I don't think the odd experience makes you "not straight" There's a certain amount of leeway given for experimentation and threesomes.

Yessssss. They can go as far as they want. We define our own sexuality.

Definitions were more clear in the town and era I grew up in, and anything that involved mouths or fingers on or in another person of the same sex's privates couldn't be called "straight" behavior. Just like you couldn't be called a "Tee Totaler" if you had an occasional drink. Times have changed though so people can call themselves whatever they like, and I don't think it matters much any more.
