I've never heard of someone getting a piercing in their vagina, though labia and clit hood piercings are pretty common. I personally have 4 outer labia piercings and have had a vertical hood piercing that I've retired. I haven't noticed them getting in the way during sex, though the hood piercing would occasionally rub me raw during masturbating. (which is why I retired it!)

I never got got pierced but I have been with guys who were. I did notice a difference, the piercings did seem to add to the overall sensations. But I honestly can't say if it was because they were just good or if was because of their piercings or knowing that they had them...if you know what I mean.
