I think the only way it would be possible is if the semen drips down to your vagina. One tiny drop is all it takes to get pregnant.

If any semen enters the vaginal canal, it's possible to get pregnant. While it is technically impossible to get pregnant from a guy coming in your butt, it can sometimes be tricky to get cleaned up without getting any fluids where they don't belong. I don't trust it.

I agree. While it's USUALLY okay even for a bit of semen to get around the entrance to the vagina (that's a LONG swim; it's pretty hard statistically to get pregnant from a drop of sperm near the cervix!) there's always the possibility of having a perfect storm of one super awesome swimmer, the right amount of fluids at the right location, and being fertile. It is technically possible, but rare.

If sperm ended up inside the vagina, which wouldn't be too hard if you were having anal sex and then messed around vaginally, assuming there's semen still on the anus (or does it leak out?). However, it'd be pretty darn rare for that to happen! Never even heard of it.

Why wouldn't you be using some form of contraceptive in the first place? condom/birth control? Maybe both? Then even if you get pregnant it's not because you didn't try.

I use condoms but I don't use them while trying anal with my partner. We're both mono and been checked out.

Even after being check and monogamous it is still recommended to use condoms for anal as there is fecal matter and bacteria in the anal cavity. Plus the condom makes it easier from what I have heard. Not to mention if you want to go from anal to vaginal without having to shower you can pull condom off an enter vaginally. Assuming that would be the case as you don't want to go from anal to vaginal as that can cause infections.

As for the question all it takes it one sperm to get in the vagina so yes if you leak semen out an it leaks down to your vagina it could just so happen you end up pregnant but not likely

I'd say it's unlikely (it would have to reach the vagina, as other people have said), but maybe not impossible. I would use a condom or birth control to be safe.
