Take plenty of time fore foreplay (both on the front and back, but don't share toys/fingers without a wash), use plenty of lube that neither of you are sensitive to, and make sure she's completely relaxed and turned on and comfortable with the idea.
Play around with different positions, perhaps try toys on her ciit/vagina/G-spot (but be careful, as stimulation can often cause a person to tighten their anus)
Since you have developed a bad history (multiple times with her saying it hurts/is uncomfortable) you should probably go back to square one so she can rediscover the pleasure without the risk of pain. Start with external stimulation, a finger, then small toys. Work back up to "full" penis-anal sex.
