Women have to scream, Men have to enjoy that. Is it true?

It varies from woman to woman, and sometimes it's just terrible acting/animation of pretending to be enjoying it.

I scream and moan, but it's always clearly in PLEASURE. Not pain

Admittedly my hentai knowledge is limited but it's been interesting to read through other poster's theories on this.

I think some women enjoy pain, so it's not a bad thing. Sex doesn't HAVE to be painful though. It's all about what you're into.

Anything sentence that begins with "all men have to" or "all women have to" and ends in anything other than a universal biological necessity (like "eat" or "drink" or "die eventually") is false.

believe me, if sex was painful other than penetration cuz I'm so tight, I wouldn't have sex!

I think you're mistaking the screaming for pain when it's actually 95% of the time pleasure and embarrassment. In Japanese culture, innocence and shyness are considered very sexy and cute, which most Westerners aren't use to.
