Since I'm not in the business of designing something new - I'll just list my wife's favs:
Njoy PureWand (we call it the gusher because of the typical outcome)
Fun Factory Tiger (great silicone dildo with just the right curve & ripples)
Decadent Indulgence & Ultimate DI (the best dual stimulators we have)
