Aneros vs Nexus Options

Contributor: David88 David88
So I now own the Progasm, MGX and just recently got Peridise as well. I'm curious about the other Aneros products but I really hate the p-spot tab on the MGX and am wondering if the Nexus massagers might be a better alternative. I like the full filling of the Progasm and wouldn't even mind a larger one if it it existed. Any suggestions on a Nexus option for me?

I really like the Helix and the Eupho. The Eupho is very slim, but I have found it to be probably the most capable at giving me strong orgasms quickly. It wasn't always like that, but these days I probably prefer it over the other Aneros massagers. I don't have a Nexus, so I can't compare, but several of their products look like they would be fun.

It's not in the same group as the products you mentioned, but I really like my Gyro Extreme. Different operating principle, but very nice in practice (provided you find a way to integrate it in to your activities). The Gyro should be similar, and I've heard good things about the Silo.

Hmm interesting. How do they stay in or do they stay in at all? May have to look into those.

I originally thought that the Gyros would have to be held in, but my Extreme does a pretty good job of staying in on its own. It doesn't move much unless you're doing something to move it, but it does feel quite good.

I hear that the Silo is also nice, and the larger G-plays.

Thanks Scott may have to look into those too as I'd like something larger like those and don't mind doing something to move it either.

Brian I just got the Nexus Excel in for review, and my first session with it was absolutely mind blowing. It's obviously very similar to any of the Aneros product as far as its overall form and function, but I found that both fit my anatomy like a glove and was both filling yet surprisingly mobile. I definitely put it in the same class as the Aneros massagers that I have (mgx, helix, eupho and peridise), and I should add that the perineum tab on the Excel (and all other Nexus massager with a perineum tab) is quite a bit more comfortable than those on the Aneros massagers that I have. I have heard that the spherical tab on the Progasm is quite a bit more comfortable, and this would make sense given my experience now with the Excel.

Thanks for the input. Yeah that's the one in my wishlist to buy next. Glad to hear it worked so well for you. I'm curious to see how it compares to Progasm since even though I don't orgasm from it, I still love my Progasm. Always looking for something better though

Having tried out the Stilo I'd be curious to see how the Nexus models compare, because the Stilo's shape did give me different sensations than my Aneros. Not quite a good comparison, though, since the operating principle and materials are different.

I have a Progasm and love it. I am also a huge fan of my glide, but wish it were bigger. Nexus makes some glide like products that will provide a fuller feeling and I am looking forward to getting one soon. I keep the community posted.

Interesting - I think that it would not have an overwhelming amount of specifically prostate stimulation based on its heritage (Peridise rather than the prostate massagers), but could be interesting. I wonder about their assertion that "Stainless Steel has long been regarded as the ultimate material for sensual exploration" - I thought stainless steel was rather new in the sex toy scene.

Even though the Peridise doesn't target the prostate directly, I have had some of my most powerful pspot orgasms with this toy. Not sure why at all, but the Peridise is a fabulous little piece of fun. I imagine the Tempo just has a nice weight to it that adds to the pleasure.
