I currently own a Nexus Glide and have extremely intense orgasms during intercourse with my wife. I keep trying and trying to have a hands free orgasm though with it and I just can't seem to get it.

I don't know if there is a best toy for anyone. It is different for everyone depending on physical aspects, like & dislikes, state of mind and any number of other variables. Try a range of toys, textures, sizes and formats.

Only totally "touch free" orgasm I ever have had is 1. with direct prostate massage and 2. no toy has ever done it..always my wives greatly talented finger. If you have great sex with the wife..have her cut the nail SUPER short on one finger, manicure it SMOOTH....use LOTS of lube and have at it..gently. This is a TENDER organ.
