the p spot stands for prostrate. Wemon do not have a prostrate therefore, there is no p spot for us. But all is not a loss. According to doctor Oz wemon do have an a spot deeper inside the anus. he spoke of it recently on one of his shows.

The G-spot is now officially called the female prostate, so yes, you do have one - along with two ways to get at it. Enjoy.

The P-spot refers to the prostate which is a male organ, so no they do not. People compare it to the G-spot, but I find this odd. No one knows what they both feel like so I do not think you can compare them.

Did more research, and I was wrong. A 2011 study showed that half of the study group of women had a prostate.

ok some women have prostate tissue wrapped around the urethra but they still don't have a P spot!

It's basically the same tissue that becomes the g-spot in women.
