I have the same 3 models. So far the Helix is pretty good and I enjoy the progasm, but it will not stay put for wear during sex. MGX I don't like. I would have gotten the Syn, but if you can't use silicone lube that is a negative (spot test it)/

The only one in the Aneros line I have tried was the SGX, and I found it a little too short to properly apply pressure to my p-spot. I really liked the shape of it though, so I imagine the MGX (same shape, just longer) would be a good fit for me.
