How does your partner feel about your sexuality?

Contributor: icelandia icelandia
Is it something that causes friction, or is your SO alright with it? Is your partner more open to being bi themselves (or were they already)? Have you ever considered having a threesome (with either gender)?

My husband is ok with me being bi. I still have to keep it private because he is a teacher in a small town. So it kinda sucks that I can be myself. We have had a threesome with another woman and have talked about having a threesome with another man.

Both my partners are also on the queer spectrum, so it's never caused any sort of conflict. We do have threesomes, but we're polyamorous, so that's not an automatic bi behavior, just how we like things.

My husband is totally cool with it, and very supportive, which is nice when you live in the bible belt. It's bad enough being gay here, but being bi, the majority of people just look at you like some kind of sex crazed nympho =(

It's not an issue with him. It's one of those things I disclosed early on, and I would not have dated him if he had a problem with it. As far as I know, he's totally straight and we're not into threesomes.

I had a partner who was fine with me identifying as pan while we were together but once we broke up he would get super jealous of all of my friends and accuse me of sleeping with all of them. So frustrating.

My boyfriend is totally ok with the fact that i am bi. But he believes a relationship is made up of two people and that while with him i am not allowed to play with others.
