I've messed around with other girls, but I've always wanted a real relationship with another woman. I have had a girlfriend for 3+ years now, however it's a very open/more like friends relationship with the occasional more than friends aspects. Finding other women interested in women or relationships has been very difficult to me as I am more of the shy type.

If your city has them go to some of the clubs that cater to bi/lesbians its worked for a couple of my friends if nothing else you might meet some new friends or just have a really good time

I'd suggest gay clubs also, or if there's any queer activist community work in your area, that could be a great place to make friends with other queers and also possibly find a date
