I have heard that sugar free mints that use real pepermint oil rather than peppermint flavoring are good/apprpriate to use for oral sex with any gender. I know sugar free altoids meet this criteria. There may be others I don't know.

I'd be very careful using anything in the female genital area. Some women are very sensitive and may get an infection. Sugar especially can cause yeast or bacteria overgrowth. Flavored lubes can cause problems for lots of women.
