It would surprise me. But I would imagine someone who didn't have nipples would tell the person before they saw. In order to avoid them being shocked.

I'd probably be surprised too. I'd probably ask about it at a later time (not in the moment at least). I'd definitely be curious about it if it was natural or if they were removed for some reason. It wouldn't be a dealbreaker or anything like that.

I'd be surprised, and I'd be interested in the hows and whys, but I'd not be all that bothered by it. I don't have sex with nipples, after all. Occasionally breasts, but even then the nipple isn't directly involved.

I'd be a little thrown. I won't lie. Honestly, I might stop and ask then. I'm pretty good at sticking my foot in my mouth, but really, you should tell people of things like that or be okay with them reacting. I don't think it would change how I felt about them... I'd just be surprised and move on.
