I can't speak to your partner or your relationship, but personally I find it hot to suck on my girlfriend's strapon. It's definitely a visual/mental turn-on for me (she's kind of whatever about it, but sometimes gets into it), and not really a physical thing. i've known more than a few people who like it. Even known a few who could get off on it, from the base of the dildo hitting them.
