I will say however most the gals in my gym are serious in improving their bods.
They not there to pick up men. Lately though I noticed they are dressing to impress. One gal started the tank top thing and others followed. One gal had super tights and now others followed. Now those revealing-show all yoga leggings are getting more common.

Just got to get OW in some !

Are you reading my mind!? I feel the exact same way. I love it when a woman wears either a halter or strapless top for the exact same reasons you listed. My partner use to wear them more often but now not at all .

O.H., the yoga leggings are great also!

What can I say. I'm all about femininity. I love strapless!!! Especially coziness maxi dresses to just run around in. Ugh come on summer

I also love the THONGS ! The appearance of no undies. I understand they now make yoga leggings with built in material so no undies needed.

I go to the gum fairly often, so I've seen a bunch of weird stuff. From the loud grunters/moaners (when on the treadmill), to this one guy who, when running, didn't have a good stride, but kinda stomped on the treadmill, pretty hard. Hello stress fractures.

The weirdest thing I've seen, was this one guy, in the locker room after working out, pulled out a container of yogurt, and just started to gobble it down quickly, while he was sitting in the locker room. Weirdest thing I've seen. Aside from eating in the locker room, yogurt is a terrible choice.

I have two answers for this one. I work out with my brother and his wife, so when either of them start with the moans I go to my happy place and just block them out, lol. But when someone else near by is lifting heavy and starts to moan, like the cutie next to me tonight was, I get... "distracted." ... It only got awkward when I was doing hip thrusts and he was doing dead lifts, LOL!! Then I was all, "is it hot in here? It feels especially hot in here."

So, in retrospect to the gym moaning etiquette (lol), it's possible I may have broken it myself yesterday!

Here I was, going strong, giving the elliptical machine HELL!! Sweat is streaming down my spine, my hair is now plastered down the middle of my back, I've got my favorite jam blasting through my ear buds to keep my momentum from dying, and I'm lacking serious oxygen by now . Then, I catch myself exhaling on a near moan! I think, oh damn---Im the moaner now!! I immediately look around to see if my panting is loud enough to draw attention. After all, I'm on a freaking mission here lol. It looks safe so I keep going, chugging along, giving it more hell until I have to call it quits and get back to work. Its not that I was trying to be loud, sexual, or say HEY CHECK ME OUT. I was just trying to survive a very intense, sweat drenched, workout lol.

Today, I will try and keep my mouth shut

If that is what you call moaning, then there's many of us gym rats guilty of that. Heck, I even do that running in my neighborhood much less the treadmills and elliptical.

It still wasn't as sexy, or loud , as the dude I heard (lol). At least, I don't think so .

Today I tried to keep quiet. It wasn't as busy. I just did a very quick cardio warm up and then some legs before I had to run back to work.

I did some much last night, relaxed in the outdoor Jacuzzi. I think I let out some nice mellow Ahhhs. Nice and relaxing to sit there in the moonlight. If only they allowed so suds at our club.

I think my strangest moaning experience was when I lived in a duplex and I heard something coming from the apartment next door. a older woman and her handicap son lived there. one day I hear the moaning very loudly then I hear her yell to her son to get out, that mommy was having her special time.. I've encountered some people who make noise during workouts just to draw attention to themselves and their perceived superiority. I hate this. It irrates me and I find it obnoxious. However, I have also encountered people who simply can't help themselves and make noises because they are working so hard. I tend to admire this more and am not so annoyed by it. Depending on the person making the sounds I might find an erotic-sounding moan cute or creepy.
