--St. Patrick's color is blue. Green is the color associated with Ireland, and its national color.
--St. Patrick did NOT clear Ireland of snakes, since there were none there to begin with. It is a water-locked island!!
--More parades and celebrations are held -not in Ireland- but outside Ireland. The USA was the first country to have one due to our large amount of Irish immigrants.
