I associate maple sugar candies with the holidays and home. Beyond those, flavored candy canes always makes the holiday celebration.

My grandma had a year-round candy dish that always had Werther's caramels and little root beer barrel candies, among others. Aw, I almost forgot about that.

Oh my...you want BOFFO choice in those? Go to ebay and get MON CHERI liqueur filled chocolates. WOW.

Trader Joe has some (cheap) but only in California that I know of and THEY won't ship them.

Vermont Trading Company has a nice selection too....but very pricy for a small amount.
