You know me too well! Mine never really "starts" though, I just collect things for friends/family through the year that I find at various places. I throw them all into one bag and start sorting and deciding who gets what and who needs more gifts when it starts getting closer to the holidays. Makes it easy that way, I love buying gifts, my friends get spoiled at christmas haha!

I usually do this too. I love clearance sales, etc!
