I have started already I also shop year round and I just pick things up that i know my friends and family would love and A few years ago I had a handmade Christmas it was alot of fun to make the gifts and people loved it.

I DO THIS TOO!! Everyone thinks I'm nuts, but I always give really nice gifts... because I buy them when I see them on sale, no matter if it's November or March!!!

I used to shop all year in preparation but as we now only buy for the kids and each other I wait until Nov or so. The kids have more expensive tastes and I don't want to buy something and have it become obsolete or them decide they don't want it anymore before Christmas gets here.

I shop a little at sales in Nov, I shop a lot on black friday usually, and I do some shopping online. All just depends on what I'm getting people that year and who is selling it for the best price.

I tend not to need to get presents, but when I do I shop for craft items. I go to Hobby lobby particularly. I prefer to make presents.

I start Christmas shopping around cyber monday. (the internet equivalent of Black Friday) I like online shopping the most because I can plan out ahead of time and then just purchase on cyber monday. Also i'm working and attending a wedding directly afterward on Black Friday so I can't go shopping anyway lol.
