I have to order them "by the dozen", so I cannot really mix and match. Trying to guage which are MOST popular. Oh...I know that the peanut kind have allergy issues with some kids. All kids coming are allergy free...and older, anyway. Also. these are not the Pecan/Almond, whatever apples (at $9.00-$25.00 each...no kidding), but plain old $2.00 caramel and nuts kind.

Red Candy Apples, hands down. But I prefer the hand-dipped old fashion kind. They're so hard to find, though, because you can usually only get them from street and carnival vendors and only in certain areas and at certain carnivals.

My pick would be just plain caramel apples, chances are if you are ordering one kind this is bound to me the most likely to please without complaints.

i like the caramel apples w/ nuts. but i really only like them if they're granny smith b/c i like the tartness of the apple w/ the sweetness of the caramel. i also like them cold.

I like caramel apples. Red candy apples are kind of an East Coast thing, while sticky caramel on apples is a more Midwestern thing.

I am allergic to peanuts, but at times like walnuts or cashews on my caramel apples. Caramel, cashews and chocolate on a huge apple is a meal!
