If your family does not celebrate Christmas, what DO you do on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day?

There are all kinds of funny stereotypes about Jewish people going out to enjoy Chinese food (since the Chinese are also not Christian primarily, so they stay open Christmas Eve) or now I hear that is the day those of the Muslim faith go out, as families, to the movies!!! What is the REAL deal here?

If you do not celebrate Christmas, what DO you do on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day?

Stay home, since most things are closed, and take advantage of that quiet time.

We go celebrate the fun with Christian friends at their homes.
We take the opportunity of "time off" from work/school to travel or visit family/friends

We just stay home with the three of us and a good friend who is a JW and doesn't celebrate christmas either.
We do a nice feast for lunch, have some drinks and chill out trying to stay cool. Often we will put a movie on.
There's no gifts or decorations or anything else christmasy - just a good pig out on the foods we don't have regularly throughout the year. We've done it this way for a number of years. Just gets expensive getting gifts and it's too much drama for just 3 people.

Here no shops closed at Christmas, but I like to stay home and watch the Christmas at TV in the world news.
