Many holidays are considered "gifting" ones. After time, have you stopped giving gifts to your loved ones?

I know more and more people who don't give spouses gifts or families that have stopped giving gifts...saying "it is buying for buying sake" and prefer to simply spend time together. These are even some families that have LOTS of money..so that is not the issue.

Have you gone down that road at any time, with some of YOUR loved ones?

I've started to cut back this year. It's just gotten out of hand and too much of a headache.

Yep, and they've cut back on giving to me. It helps that when you become an adult, you can buy your own presents

We make sure we give to our kids, but we don't concentrate on ourselves. We DONT have money so that is an issue.
