I look forward to today with friends, family and good food...but I'm still preparing at midnight thirty and bird goes into the oven at 5 AM. It's going to be a LONG day.

I let my mom do all the cooking, and she is usually up by 6 or 7am and what she hasn't prepped the night before gets started ASAP to be able to eat at 4pm!

I think the earliest I ever got up was 5...slept in this year because we are dining elsewhere!
