We have been to a BUNCH of parties lately, and some had music SO loud it was actually uncomfortable. When TEENS there asked for the DJ to "tone it down" that really said something! So how do you enjoy party/dance music volume?

I can't answer this, my ears are buzzing so loud from my music, I cannot SEE, let alone hear, straight.

If I'm going out for drinks and conversation then I like it soft. Usually if I'm going out it's for music and dancing. In that case, I want to be able to hear the bass while I'm waiting in line. I want to feel the bass pump through the dance floor and into my body. That's like a freaking rush to me. Love it.

My ears hurt when it's too loud because I have hyperacusis. I'm okay with moderate.

Not too loud. I already don't have the best hearing as it is (or so it seems.) Don't want to make it worse.

Had to choose other, I tend to keep it sort of moderate if it's just me listening to it but if there's other people listening as well I'll turn it up a few more clicks.
I don't feel like losing my hearing by blasting my eardrums with too loud music, there's too many important things to hear in this life to waste such a valuable gift like hearing. ^_^

If it is me just listening I keep it at a decent level, I don't need no complaining neighbors. If I am out dancing I like it loud.
