Usually nothing green but the past two years I've taken to wearing a little beaded shamrock pin I made or a green and gold tie.

I always have my eyes... other than that I've only ever worn green on St. Patty's day by coincidence. I do wear a fair amount of green in general, but nothing on purpose for that day.
