Dead Like Me. My husband and I really enjoyed that show. There were a couple of animes that I liked that got the boot after the 1st season. My husbands favorite show was Firefly and that show also got nixed.

Completely agree with Buffy.

All of Whedon's shows deserved more time. Firefly, especially.

Damn it, I love the O.C.

I didn't even want to. I wanted to believe it was shitty.

The boyfriend made me watch it...long after it was off the air.

Firefly, Caprica, La Femme Nikita, The Unit, and JAG are the ones I'm especially sad about having been canceled I think more Battlestar Galactica would have been awesome, but they ended it in a place that was logical for the storyline they were using (even if it was maddening for some of us).

Ditto on Firefly, Dollhouse, Arrested Development, Pushing Daisies, Veronica Mars

I guess I can't complain too much, though, because the only one of these I watched while it was airing was Pushing Daisies. The rest were DVD/Netflix Instant Watch...and my husband and I are currently watching Dead Like Me, but I'm not too attached to it.

I hope I don't have to add Chuck to this list

Yeah. It was painful.

The story was pretty bad, plus the replacement Daisy was annoying.

The only good parts of it were with George and her sister, but overall I'd say the end of season 2 left them in a better place than Life After Death did.
** Spoiler Warning **
And how can you have Dead Like Me without Rube? I liked the idea of George taking over for him but it would have been much better without the temporary Rube replacement. If the show had a third season instead of this movie, I'd have liked to see Rube train her for the job (probably without her knowing that he was doing so, and you could argue that he was already doing this at the end of season 2) before disappearing five or six episodes into the season.

• Dead Like Me
• Pushing Daisies
• Dollhouse
• Wonderfalls
• Carnivale
• Twin Peaks
• Reaper
• Star Trek: Enterprise (OK, a lot of you will disagree, but I really liked the fourth season.)
• Firefly (I'm not a rabid browncoat like so many others, but it deserved more.)
• The original Doctor Who (but if it hadn't been cancelled in 1989, or if the 1996 Fox/BBC attempt at an 8th doctor hadn't failed, then we probably wouldn't have had RTD's wonderful reboot. And any timeline without Eccleston/Tennant/Smit h in the role would be unfortunate. But even so, the original show really did deserve to continue... but maybe I'm just saying that because of my crush on Ace back in the 80s... still one of my favorites of the Doctor's companions)

I'm sure I'm leaving out lots of other good shows.

Co-fucking-signed. That show oh man, it had everything. It had a hot man in leather! LEATHER PANTS! Bending over and being general porn on my television screen + kick ass babe who was in charge and running the show + female characters that actually had a point to the plot and not just as eye candy + plot that was just amazing.

I can not say how awesome this show is and am gutted it got canceled when it did.
