Recently this film came up as a suggestion for me on Netflix. I didn't end up watching it, but a friend just came by asking me if I had seen this movie about the adult film/toy industries. I was thinking of another documentary, we looked on Netflix and found it. It's called "Naked Ambition, An R-Rated Look At An X-Rated Industry". He highly recommended it to me. I guess he watched it recently, and he thought it was an interesting, well-done film. When I saw how poor the reviews were, he insisted it was people who love porn, but were disappointed when it was not porn but a look at adult industries. He found the link and we checked out the trailer. Personally, I'm not a fan or porn, but that's fine for people who are into it. I am, however, interested in certain aspects of the industry, and being that I review sex toys OF COURSE I'm interested in any info the film would have about the sex toy industry. My friend said this movie is really well done and "classy, not sleazy". Insisted I would like it, and added that I would probably love the shoes/makeup/clothing of some of the pornstars, even if I'm not a fan of theirs. I'm thinking I'll watch it tonight.
