We keep it up til a few days after New Years. We have a real tree so if we kept it up til February it would probably be bald.

I haven't put up a tree for years so I don't have to worry about taking one down.

We have a two year old who is strong as Hercules and twice as determined to have his way so we took it down just a few days after Yule. We got tired of having to yell "No" or punish him for being naturally curious so we removed the temptation. Everyone was relieved!

I think we will end up taking it down tomorrow. We're moving soon so we'll be taking the tree down earlier this year

We take ours down right after NYE - only because there's a special pickup for trees the day after.

Pretty much whenever we get sick of looking at it.

I take my tree down sometime after the Epiphany. I observe Christmas mostly as a religious holiday and save the gift-giving for the observance of the visit of the magi. Besides, I like having a tree up on New Year's Day and as a reminder of winter in general.

This is kind of pathetic, but I've actually had a small plastic Christmas tree up in my room since about December 2010. I'm really lazy.

We leave it up til it starts drying out and dropping needles everywhere, then its time to go! Sometimes this is only a week, other times its almost a month after Christmas, just depends on the tree.

Before the holiday break ends, light and tree are down.
