I dig Clerks II because Jason Mewes had to get sober before Kevin would let him onto the project. I'm glad he did it because he's a really fascinating individual and I'd hate to see another one lost to drug abuse.
As much as I think Sheri Moon is perfect in RZ's movies, I hate seeing Kevin's wife acting. She's so stiff.

I much prefer the original Clerks to Clerks 2. There's just something about the black and white and the second one just seemed like it was trying too hard. It was funny, don't get me wrong, but if I had to pick between them, I'd pick the first one every time.
Mallrats is another good one they're in too. Freaking hilarious.

I love those days where friends and I will sit around and have a Jay and Silent Bob marathon watching everything from Clerks to Strikeback... my students get the brunt of it though with me quoting the movies in class while they shake their heads, and wonder what their teacher is on about this time.
