Ke$ha. I love how she's actually pretty much a parody artist, and she's really intelligent and has an amazing voice when it's not autotuned. Lady Gaga has just gone downhill.

Both! They both have faults, but Ke$ha's latest album release is an amazing piece of electropop, and Gaga has released a few good songs in her time.
