I loved that show! I saw some episodes recently and I didn't realize how graphic it was when I was a kid. I was like 6 years old at the time, but still, it amazes me. I would love to go back and watch all of the episodes!

Loved this show in my 20s! My favorite episode was the Space Madness one. "Oh my beloved ice cream bar!" as he eats a bar of soap...
It was so weird and gross and funny.

That's my favorite episode, too!

I didn't like R&S nearly as much after creator John Kricfalusi left, but the shows from the first two years ('91-'92) were awesome.

I've been working my way through the old Rocky & Bullwinkle cartoons, and I realize now that Ren & Stimpy "borrowed" heavily from them — but those first couple of years were great.

Of course! however, this was one of those shows that as a kid my mom forbid me to watch, because she thought it was "gross," but i always found ways around it. In high school is when i found out that some of the shorts actually involved some serious "adult" content - which of corse was never played on the TV.
My partner and i still watch this show and are able to quote some of the lines of our favorite episodes.
