After ten years of wait it's finally out!

Although there are problems with it obviously I think Blizzard made another fantastic game.

Does anyone play?

I would if I had the money, but alas I have no job. I've always been a fan of everything blizzard, especially the Warcraft three and it's expansion. They rank second highest in quality and customer care, next to valve.

I was a huge fan of the original, my friends and I would all set ourselves up in different areas of one house and have lan parties and just play all night long. But even tho it's been years since I've played, I would so love to give the second one a shot.

As I type this post, my boyfriend is sitting next to me playing it. I hear "Additional supply depots required," "Require more minerals," and "In the rear with the gear" all day long.. (He's a terran player.) When he's not playing it, he's watching live streams and you-tube videos of people commentating on it.

He desperately wants me to play, but my computer isn't capable of handling the graphics yet (new graphics card soon!) and it really doesn't interest me all that much. I'd rather watch it than play it, cuz I'm more into mindless video games, and SC2 definitely isn't mindless.

@Jul!a- If you liked the first one, you'll love the second. It's a bit different, but my man was obsessed with the first when he was much younger, and clearly things haven't changed much.

Haha, my bf plays Terran a lot too, in fact everyone calls him Terran in online gaming, it's just a screen name he's picked up, Terran Marine. But he doesn't have SC2.

I might have to invest in it. Just have to do a bit of harddrive cleaning first I think. Seriously, my computer can hold 143 gigs, and I have somehow managed to use all of them, lol

The boyfriend had to have it. He's finished it, and now he's excited for the expansion. I've tried a couple levels, and surprisingly, I actually really liked it, but now that school's started, I don't have the time unfortunately.

I play WOW and the boyfriend plays Starcraft with our best friend. They have been waiting 12 years for the game and have already beaten it on easy, and normal. I think they have a problem

lol as Jesibel420's bf and I play a few games, i'm trying to get better but he plays WAY more than me. I'm getting more and more attached to it though lol. luckily my bf ALSO plays. it's one giant homo starcraft nerdfest at my place.

and i do mean NERDfest... starcraft, stargate, star trek... the list goes on and on

Arch does and he has been raving about it since it came out....he desperately wants me to play but I prefer my medieval RPGs.

Nerdfest is right! I think we are dating the two nerdiest brothers in the world.. although Josh has a tendency to fool the average person into thinking he's not a nerd. WRONG!

P.S. To anyone who hasn't made the connection yet, @BJismyname's boyfriend is my boyfriend's brother.

And yes, it is all MY FAULT that BJismyname is on EF!

Wonder if there's a connection between guys with a foot fetish and SC2.. LOL!

My man is always begging me to play, but it's not my thing. I'll give it a shot one of these days, when I'm bored enough.
