The Best Movie We've Probably Never Seen

Contributor: Tori Rebel Tori Rebel
We all know of them - amazing movies that most of the population seems to have missed out on. What less than popular or less than mainstream movie do you think everyone should see?

Gahhh, still need to see MirrorMask. Repo! was totally ridiculous and I gave up halfway through the first time I watched it. But then it was so darn catchy that I HAD to know how it ended so I ended up watching it again, all the way through. I'd recommend it the same way I'd recommend Rocky Horror--watch it just to say that you have, and then let it go

I freaking love Kung Fu Hustle, because it's 200% more funny if you actually understand Cantonese.

The one movie that I love and that I recommend to nearly everyone I meet is Hedwig and the Angry Inch. I also recently watched a Hong Kong comedy, All's Well that Ends Well 2010, that was pretty hilarious, but only if you understood Cantonese, since the English subtitles were, in my opinion, a pretty huge botch.

I'm gonna go with Deathtrap. It's an old Micheal Cain movie, with Christopher Reeves as well. A lot of serious humor, and quite a few twists.

Although it isn't a tremendous movie, "Thunderheart" with Val Kilmer has always resonated with me.

The Game with Michael Douglas. Intacto is another good one.
