I'm excited for Castle, Nashville, How I Met Your Mother, and the Big Bang Theory.

They're teasing us with HIMYM! Saying that it might not be the final season after all. Carter Bays said that it would be a shame if it just suddenly disappeared. Though, writers have postured with this same lip service in the past and then the show ends anyway. I'm just excited to finally find out who she is!

I haven't watched the other shows you mentioned. I think I caught an episode of Castle and I'm not a fan of Hayden Panietierre. Big Bang Theory could grow on me -- I do love dry wit/humor.

I kind of hope it's the last season, though. My relationship with HIMYM has become love/hate. The show keeps making me irritated and then giving me feels. I don't know; I feel like they've kind of run out of ideas or something, but that's just me.

Castle is great, but it's a show that you really have to start from the start, since unlike other detective shows some episodes can't be understood without knowing the plot. It's a great show for aspiring authors, though, since the main character is a writer! If I recall correctly, I read that you want to be an author one day, so I would recommend it. It's just fun. The seasons keep getting better after the first.

I don't like Hayden Panietierre either, but this is why I love Nashville. She's portrayed as a selfish brat and such a negative character that I really love that the show makes me hate her more.

Big Bang Theory is awesome. If you like HIMYM you're bound to like it as well.

Yeah I have a love/hate relationship with HIMYM. It drives me nuts how they wind and weave all over the place but then I love the skill of the writers when they throw back to an old episode in a new one. I think the story arc that drove me the most mad was the one with Victoria, well and Stella. I could not stand either of the characters or the actresses (I have been an "I'm not a Sarah Chalke fan" since Roseanne.)

May have to check out Castle. I do so love good writing and if a character is a writer, all the better. (Pretty cool you remembered I want to be an author one day.) Not sure I can convince hubby to watch anything based in the South. He kinda hates this place.

I'm glad you're a Person of Interest fan also!

Forgot to include American Horror Story "Coven" in my line up, the new season will be about Salem and witches, hope it'll be a decent show this time -- season two Asylum was way too extreme for my liking!

Oh yeah, forgot about Dracula, and it airs right after Grimm - what would I do without you, Woman?

I totally forgot about Grimm. To be honest I haven't been much of a fan of the previous episodes, but regardless it's a good show.

Watching it now... I don't mind it because it is light and fluffy.

It is much past lunch time! Already had ze breakfast and ze lunch!

I much prefer Devious Maids. I find it hilarious! I love how sassy the ladies are.

Not to mention... All those ladies from Mistresses just wear WAY too much make-up. It looks like they are wearing masks!

Don't know why, but Devious Maids doesn't pique my interest.

You know which part I like the most about Mistresses? It was kinda fun to watch Josslyn and Olivier together.

I know! Olivier is just... well... hot.

Devious Maids for me is like Mistresses. Light and fluffy and a very simple "whodunit" show. It's a great show to turn off the brain too after a long drama filled day. Sometimes it is nice not to have to think too much!!!

I made egg drop soup last night for dinner with cabbage. What did you have?

You know... I am beginning to think that is the case too. It was really bad when I was watching some Star Trek the other day and I could actually see where the fake skin stuff ended and went to normal skin before they attempted to cover it up.

I have discovered the most amazing chair to sit on while watching TV. That bean bag chair??? It's so big that I can curl up on it and it is my own little green island- and it is so warm!!!

I made something you don't care for...pork, stewed pork ribs to be exact, and guess what -- I cooked chinese cabbage too!

So that huge bean bag chair's for watching TV; and the chaise lounge is specifically used for Eleven fun time?

I've been watching Sleepy Hollow also -- it's quite entertaining. I have American Horror Story in my DVR but don't have that much spare time to watch it yet -- how do you like it?
